New EPA Draft Strategy 2016-2020: Public Consultation

EPA Draft StrategyThe Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) current Strategic Plan 2013-2015, Working with Others for a Better Environment sets out how a clean, healthy and well protected environment lies at the heart of economic recovery.

The EPA is seeking the views of the public on it’s draft strategy 2016-2020.

  • The 2016 – 2020 builds on the need for sustainability and sets out five high level strategic goals and associated objectives that the EPA will prioritise in delivering over the term of the strategy.
  • The public consultation process offers interested parties the opportunity to submit suggestions on how the EPA should prioritise activities over the next number of years.

The draft Strategy is available on the EPA website.  Those wishing to make suggestions are encouraged to do so by visiting the EPA’s website and using the on-line facility. Alternatively submissions by post will be accepted and can be posted directly to:
